1 General Terms

If the required documents are not submitted on time, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

If an account is created using false or misleading information, it may be closed at any time and the account balance may be forfeited.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be used only once and is non-transferable.
• Withdrawals cannot be made after receiving a bonus until the specified wagering requirement has been completed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• lukebd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each bonus may have a specific expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

lukebd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% cashback per week, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on overall activity and loyalty.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lukebd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

5.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• To make a withdrawal, the account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds tied to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• For suspicious transactions, we may request additional documentation.

5.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If a transaction is identified as being related to chargebacks, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity, the associated account will be suspended immediately and applicable legal action will be taken.

6 Gameplay and Betting

All games and betting opportunities offered on lukebd are conducted fairly and transparently. The following conditions apply to all gaming activities:

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed — unless a technical error is proven.
• Winnings obtained due to a technical error or system malfunction will not be considered valid.
• Playing games using multiple accounts or by exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other players will be treated as fraud.

6.1 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA), and other sports, the official result is final. A separate refund policy will apply if a match is cancelled or postponed.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, but unused bonuses will be cancelled.

9.2 Closure by lukebd

lukebd may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registration using false information.

10 Limitation of Liability
